Wet n Wild ColorIcon Eye-shadow Palette : Do u have one?

So this is gonna be the 1st review on this blog! It's about the wet n wild coloricon eyeshadow palette 738 Comfort zone. yah I know there are like hundreds of reviews of this palette on net, but I really loved this product, and wanted to do a review in my way! So this is for those who haven't tried it yet, this review will be a little push on you to get it asap haha! So let's start.

Ahh, my palette was broken when I got it, They said it was a shipping fault or something, but I was very upset as one of the shades was totally crushed and the dust messed up the other shades too. Well a $5 palette wont have a great packaging surely. So no regrets!

Let's have a look into the palette:

There are these 4 categories , Browbone, Eyelid, Crease, Definer, Under each Category there are 2 shades, all together 8 shades. As u can see one brow bone shade of my palette is missing. Though I have kept the pigments in a jar, So there will be swatch photo of that shade too.

The Description on the palette says:
A stunning collection of 8 silky , ultra- pigmented day to night colors. Mix and Match for a variety of looks from sweet to wild.
-All day crease resistant color.

The ingredients are also mentioned there, the main ingredient is talc. And yes it contains paraben.

                                                  Applicator:

The palette contains a brush, with a foam applicator on a side , another is a brush applicator.
I pretty much loved both, The brush applicator has a nice shape for blending, when the foam applicator is a good one to use the colors wet.

Let's have the swatches:

                                              The Eyelid Colors:

The shades r actually more pigmented and not this light, But the photos came out like this dont know why :s

I love this light shimmery green , and also the peach one with pink tone, both r very gentle colors for a sweet look, and the green can be used in a nice smokey eye too!

                                                     The Crease Colors:

I absolutely love that copper -antique shade, That one is great for a natural eyelook, the kiss of shimmers make it more gorgeous for night makeup.

                                               The Definer Colors:

The shade numbered 8, Is my favorite among these all colors, I really wanted a blue brown pigment from MAC, and I did not know this number 8 shade is a dupe for that blue brown, again it is also a dupe of MAC Club. This has a gorgeous brown vibrate in a sea blue color, really a great one to lift up the whole look! :D
Here is another look into it, U can see the colors are really pigmented, have nice shimmers in it, which is not so bold to make u feel uncomfortable.
I personally dont wear much shimmers, I have kinda allergi towards shimmers. But I love all the shades from this palette.

                                              All swatches together :

Ok, Enough of pictures, Now as it is named Comfort zone, I feel this palette is designed as per everyone's comfort. All the shades can be used for a natural sweet look, again can be turned out to be a dramatic one.
According to me formula is fabulous. If I point the things I loved:
   1. Great Pigmentation: this not like those shadows which u need to rub a lot to get a bit pigment, this one is like u touch on the surface n there will be a gentle amount of pigment on ur finger.
   2. Creamy Formula: I have used ELF shadows, which I hate because of the fall outs, while this shadow also being a drugstore product is pretty amazing in the formula, its creamy, does not fall out, blends really well.
   3. The kiss of shimmer, is a plus point if u try to get a dramatic night makeup look!
   4. No doubt it's a long wear shadow, even I used it without eye primer, and it survived the whole summer day!
Only One complain which actually cant be solved in this price of this product- The packaging is very cheap, but I guess that can be endured when U r getting these fabulous shades n pigments :)
So Have u tried it yet?
Or R u looking forward to?
I'm gonna try the other palettes of this range too!
Grab it, it's $5 , and it is worthy of the money!

Here is a look done with Wet n Wild comfort zone : shades used 1,5,7 ( see the numbers in swatches)
